Weltsalon

The impulse to rethink

Since 2007 the Weltsalon is (the) platform for social and ecological topics at Tollwood Winter Festival. In a tent of about 1.400 m² pressing issues of our times are presented interactively and effectively to the audience. Panel discussions with well-known representatives, lectures, concerts, performances and interactive installations deal with globalization and equality, war and peace, protection of the environment and innovation, courageous people and pioneering projects.

The world on stage – political, fascinating, activating.  

The Weltsalon gives impulses to rethink habits, structures and views. It invites visitors to discover, linger or discuss. It’s not helplessness but encouragement to action that built the core of the Weltsalon. The program is a mixture of information and experience.
