Let yourself be taken to the city whose name means “land of god”

With Moroccan artisans like Carpet weavers, fabric weavers, mosaic makers, carvers and henna painters, that are working to the sounds of Moroccan Musicians, the visitor can immerse in the quaint and vivid Moroccan city. The kitchen serves a variety of couscous and other north-african specialties and in the evening a music group invites for Arabian dancing. After a five year break we re-introduce the Marrakesh-Tent on Tollwood Festival.

Belly dance competition

On the festival Sundays (June 21, June 28, July 5, July 12, July, 19 6 – 9 pm) a belly dance competition will take place in the Marrakesh Tent.

Participants will be selected under the direction of the international folklore ensembles “Welad el Balad”.
