An artistic soul from Havana

It is a real pleasure to find such exciting, modern and likeable Cuban music also outside their home country. A very special band has formed around the great and charismatic singer and composer Yeni Toro from Havana, who succeeds with a lot of dedication and experience to develop a sound that respects the roots of this music. The borders of Son, Salsa, Rumba, Afro, Jazz and Timba blur and a very lively music emerges, which screws itself from lyrical and poetic moments again and again to euphoric and stirring highlights.
