Reiwas

If you want to describe the music of the Reiwas, you could use terms like the sound of home, Pop, Hillbilly or Folk. But the sound of the three musicians from Upper Bavaria is more special. Since the foundation in 2009 the style of the band changed from experimental folk music to something very individual. With accordion, guitar and double bass, the Reiwas create a unique, fusion of acoustic instruments and polyphonic vocals. At Tollwood, the Reiwas are “Neben der Spur” – the name of their current program . Musically, the audience can expect sophisticated arrangements of well-known pieces as well as original own compositions, such as the pieces “Doch Dort” or “Glücklich sein”, released in 2021.
