Beer Yoga

The Pop Up Yoga Munich team combines Indian teachings with a cozy drink and Bavarian beer culture. True to the motto #feeltheyogeverywhere, founders Gina Weber & Theresa Brackmann take yoga out of the classic studio atmosphere and into all kinds of special places. In museums, on roof terraces, in parks, salt caves and this summer at Tollwood. If the title “Beer Yoga” arouses the curiosity of those who would otherwise never have ventured to yoga – then why not combine a yoga session with a cozy drink? Of course, non-alcoholic beer or soft drinks are also available – because: Yoga is for everyone and there is always a suitable option for everyone!
