Children’s-Yoga-Workshop

Immerse yourself in the playful world of children’s yoga, where the youngest learn their first yoga exercises (asanas). Under the guidance of Roxana, a certified yoga teacher since 2021, children aged 3-10 will experience a varied yoga class full of fun, movement and relaxation. Admission is free!

Children’s yoga promotes physical development, self-confidence and stress reduction and also encourages mindful interaction with one’s own body.
This special yoga class allows children to discover the fascinating world of yoga with joy and enthusiasm.

Loose/sporty clothing and a (yoga) mat or towel to sit on are required for participation in the workshop.
