Cooking together at the cookery trolley

Überkochen e.V. contributes to nutrition education in schools and addresses the ecological and social goals of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). They give pupils the opportunity to cook healthy and sustainable meals in the classroom. In this way, cooking and learning are linked. They have developed their mobile kitchen with these goals in mind: Equipped with important cooking utensils, crockery and other practical details, the überkochen trolley can be used flexibly. At Tollwood, they will cook delicious strawberry pancakes at the stand of the Department for Climate and Environmental Protection and provide information about the water footprint of strawberries.
