Corona protection measures
These rules apply at the Tollwood Summer Festival 2021
Dear Tollwood visitors,
Your health and the protection of our exhibitors, artists and staff are important to us. Therefore, the following rules of conduct apply until further notice.
Due to the limited number of visitors and the admission control, there may be waiting times. Therefore, please inform yourself about the current number of visitors and the admission requirements for the festival before you arrive.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
The Tollwood team
Limited number of visitors
The traffic light system informs about the number of visitors
The Tollwood festival grounds are completely fenced off this summer and visitor capacity is limited. Visitors are counted at the entrance to ensure that the maximum number of visitors is observed. Once the maximum capacity has been reached, further visitors will only be admitted once other guests have left the site.
To avoid unnecessary waiting times, please check the current visitor numbers on our website before you arrive. Our traffic light system will help you decide.
Tested, vaccinated, recovered
Admission to the grounds only for tested, vaccinated or recovered persons.
Admission to the grounds is possible with a current negative test result for COVID-19 disease, proof of a complete vaccination or a history of COVID-19 disease. PCR tests (taken before a maximum of 24 hours) or rapid antigen tests for professional use (taken before a maximum of 24 hours, e.g. in test centres, doctors’ surgeries, pharmacies) are permitted. Testing is compulsory for children over 6 years of age. A testing station is also available at the festival site.
Mouth and nose protection
Mouth and nose protection compulsory
FFP2 masks are compulsory throughout the festival, including the waiting area, except at the table and when consuming food and drinks.
Exceptions for children: Children from the age of 6 must wear a mouth and nose covering of their choice.
Adolescents from the age of 16 must wear an FFP2 mask.
Contact details via Luca or darfichrein.de required.
Before entering the festival grounds, it is necessary to register your contact details. Registration takes place digitally on site via your smartphone, either via Luca or Darfichrein.de. Several people can also be registered via Darfichrein.de using one smartphone. If you and your companion do not have a smartphone please contact our information point.
No entry with symptoms
Guests with typical COVID-19 symptoms or who have been in contact with COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days, as well as guests who have a proven SARS-CoV-2 infection or are subject to quarantine measures, must be refused entry. If you feel ill or unwell, please refrain from visiting.
Distance rule of 1.5 metres
Please keep the minimum distance of 1.5 metres in the waiting area as well as on the entire grounds. Persons who are exempt from the contact restrictions in relation to each other according to the currently valid regulations are exempt from this rule. Please be considerate and mindful of other visitors.
The walking direction on the festival is marked. Please follow the signs (one-way principle).
Entrance and exit
The festival site is completely fenced in this summer and has only one separate entrance and exit (access via Spiridon-Louis-Ring). Our traffic light system shows you the capacity on the site. Our visitor guidance system (one-way system) ensures smooth and contact-free entry and exit of the grounds.
Disinfection dispensers are available for you throughout the festival grounds. In all sanitary facilities you will also find sufficient liquid soap and disposable towels.
If possible, please pay cashless at the food and craft stalls.
