Yoga “Acroyoga”

The Sanskrit word yoga means “connection”. Acroyoga focuses on the connection with other people. For example, one reclining yogi balances another on his feet in the locust posture (shalabasana). Acrobatic yoga arrived in Munich about 15 years ago. With Michael Zirnstein, it is now coming to Tollwood.

Please bring Yoga mats.
