Boxhead

Boxhead are Mikey Wenzel (vocals), Florian Ebner (guitar), Martin Treppesch (bass), Andreas Pernpeintner (Hammond organ, Keys) and Jan van Meerendonk (drums). If you’re into up-twisted instrument amplifiers, crisp guitar riffs, solo improvisations and distorted organ sounds, the Dachau Band is just right for you. Founded in 1999 as a school band, Boxhead is dedicated to the loud music of the late 60s and early 70s. There is no lack of Deep Purple, Uriah Heep and Led Zeppelin, the flower power of Santana, Jimi Hendrix and The Doors or the groove of Booker T. & the MG’s. Classic rock and blues like in the best times.
