Now more than ever!

Especially in challenging times and in the face of uncertainty and division, we need commitment. We must all stand together and take a stand for peaceful coexistence in society, with nature, and with ourselves. With the motto for the winter festival and many activities, Tollwood is sending a strong message: “Now more than ever!” For peace, democracy, and the protection of our environment. The motto “Now more than ever!” transforms the Theresienwiese into a place of commitment, encounter, and inspiration.

Space for commitment
A large, glittering dove of peace designed by artist Torsten Mühlbach welcomes visitors at the main entrance. A large peace sign provides space for personal messages of peace. And in the Engagement Lab—the new venue for action—ideas are turned into concrete action: workshops and participatory formats show how we can all actively work for a better world. “Now more than ever!” – the tent roof of the Mercato lets the message shine with images and symbols.

Voices that move
Every Wednesday, the theater tent opens its doors for talks, discussions, and live events on peace, democracy, and environmental protection. Whether it’s a panel discussion, book talk, podcast, or report, experts share their perspectives, provide food for thought, and invite the audience to join in the conversation.
