Order by phone

You can order your tickets calling the Ticket-Hotline 0700-38 38 50 24 (12 Ct/min). Within 10 days after your payment we will send you the tickets free of shipping costs.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa- or Euro/ Master-Card. Payment is also possible with a bank transfer to the following bank account after your booking by phone:

You pay the price of the tickets plus the advance booking fee and the system fee. We will send you the tickets free of shipping costs.

Please note: The delivery of the tickets is only possible 10 days prior to the event. After this time the tickets will be deposited at the box office. The payment with bank transfer is only possible 10 days prior the event and exclusively with previous order by phone.

Wheelchair user

There is only a limited amount of wheelchair users allowed. Please book tickets in advance. Ticket offices for wheelchair users: see above.

Handicapped people who need a accompanying person will get a free ticket for the accompanying person. On the ticket you will find the writing »mit Begleitperson«. Regulation for the protection of minors

Please note the valid regulation for the protection of minors and the information for the admission of children at certain events.

Children under 6 years of age are not admitted to all events, even if accompanied by their parents (if not marked differently).
